I am a fully qualified Relate Couple Counsellor and Psychodynamic Sex Therapist with many years of experience and a postgraduate qualification in Behavioural Couples Therapy for anxiety and depression from London University.

I have a diploma in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Level 7 from The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS) and work with Silva Neves who is one of the world’s leading experts on Sexual Compulsions.

I am also a fully qualified Mindfulness instructor and a registered member with COSRT and BACP and have a degree in Education from Birmingham University.

I work in a systemic, psycho-dynamic way using a wide variety of therapies to suit each individual and specific situation. I have an integrative approach and uses a wide variety of techniques in order to engage you in the process. I aim to build a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe and able to discuss issues and discover potential solutions.

I work with couples and individuals who have relationship, intimacy, sexual or compulsion/addiction issues. Including but not limited to issues with communication, trust, boundaries, attachment, past trauma, body image, self-esteem, vulval/pelvic and sexual pain, lack of desire, high desire, mismatched desire, penetration pain or fear (vaginismus), anorgasmia, erectile issues, premature/delayed ejaculation, performance anxiety, kink, fetishes, BDSM, sexual orientation or identity, shame, anxiety, depression, affairs, divorce/separation, parental issues, cultural differences etc.

I am happy to work with you by telephone, zoom or face to face - whatever you feel most comfortable with. I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions starting from £60 per hour, but will I also consider the possibility of concessions if appropriate.
