Beth O’Sullivan
PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I am a qualified counsellor with 15 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and couples.
About me
My personal style is calm, supportive, and gently challenging. I draw on practical, skills-based tools and deeper explorations of past experiences and relationship dynamics.
I have extensive experience supporting couples to navigate relationship challenges, such as ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, and periods of emotional disconnection. Our work together can help foster understanding, restore connection, and promote lasting change. I have additional expertise in supporting couples where neurodivergent communication styles or LGBTQ+ specific stressors (such as discrimination or exploring identity) are part of the picture. Couples have reported that work improved their ability to talk openly, manage conflicts, and rekindle intimacy.
Alongside my work with couples, I support adults facing personal challenges that may feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate on their own. These might include:
Stress
Anxiety
Low mood
Grief
Identity questions
Self-esteem difficulties
Relationship concerns
Neurodiversity
Depression
Together, we work towards greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness, helping you move forward with confidence and balance in your life
